Ramen Burger

Ingredients :
4 (3-ounce) packages instant ramen noodles, flavor packet
discarded
4 large eggs
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
6 slices American cheese
1/4 cup chile-garlic sauces
3 cups arugula
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
6 large eggs
Directions :
step 1 Provide a pot of water to a boil; add ramen noodles. Boil, mixing
occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 3 minutes. Drain. Allow noodle sto cool slightly.
Step 2 Beat 2 eggs in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Stir noodles into eggs until equally coated. Divide noodles into 6 burger-size ramekins or containers. Place linen of plastic cover directly over the noodles and stack another bowl on top to flatten noodles. Refrigerate until the company, about 20 minutes.
Step 3 Combine beef, soy spices, and sesame essential oil in a dish. Divide the beef mix into three similar portions and conditions into patties.
Step 4 Heat about 1 tablespoon vegetable essential oil in a sizable frying pan over medium-high high temperature. Invert each ramen bowl, gently tapping the bottom of the bowl until ramen loosens, careful to keep bun shape.
Step 5 Fry each ramen bun, without moving noodles, in hot oil until fantastic brown, about 3 minutes. Flip each bun and continue frying until sharp, 3-5 minutes more. Ramen bun should be crispy on one side and slightly softer on the other. Transfer buns to large plate with the crispy side up.
Step 6 High temperature about 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in the same frying pan used to smolder ramen over medium heat. Cook meat patties until hamburgers are lightly red in the middle, 3-5 minute per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the middle should read a hundred and forty degrees F (60 degrees C). Organize a slice of American cheese over each burger and continue to prepare until melted, about 1 minute more.
Step 7 Combine ketchup and chile-garlic sauce in a tiny bowl; spread mix within the crispy side of every ramen bun. Separate arugula over 3 ramen buns. Place burgers over arugula.
Step 8 High temperature about 1 tsp oil in a tiny skillet over medium-high heat; fry outstanding eggs one at a time, increasing the oil as needed, until yolk is almost company, about 1 minutes per side. Place egg over patty and top with remaining bun.
