Popeye Power Burger

Ingredients :
2 eggs
2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 cups diced onions
2 cups chopped spinach
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 pounds lean ground beef
8 eaches whole-grain buns
4 cups shredded low-fat mexican blend
cheese
Directions :
step 1 Preset the grill for medium heat and gently oil the grate.
Step 2 Beat egg in a huge bowl until consistent in color; add ground beef, rolled oats, onion, spinach, parmesan cheese, salt, and floor black pepper and mix with your hands until well blended. Make up the meat mixture into 4 patties.
Step 3 Barbeque grill patties until feet are brown, about 5 minutes; change and continue barbecuing until brown, about 5 minutes. An instant-read thermometer placed into middle of burgers should read at least one hundred sixty degrees F (70 degrees C), about 5 mins.
Step 4 Transfer hamburgers to whole-grain buns.
