Ingredients for 3 servings:

100 g raspberries
100 g yogurt
100 ml of milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation time: 120 minutes

Preparation:

1. Place the chia seeds with the milk in the refrigerator for
about 90 minutes and stir occasionally.

2. Wash the raspberries, if not frozen, otherwise let thaw and
puree with a blender.

3. Mix the yogurt with the honey.

4. Finally, alternately layer chia seeds, raspberries and yoghurt
in small dessert glasses.
