Servings: 8
Ingredients :

2 (10 fluid ounce) bottle steak sauces, (e.g. a-1),
divided
1/4 cup fajita seasonings
16 slices american cheese, divided
4 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup dried minced onions
4 (4-ounce) cans chopped green chiles, drained
2 (4-ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions   :

step 1 In a medium dish, mix together the floor beef, 1/4 glass of the meat sauce, fajita spices, and dried red onion until well combined. Form the combination into 8 patties. Put away 4 of the patties. On the other 4 patties, place one slice of cheese, some of the green chilies, plus some mushrooms. Place the other 4 patties outrageous, press down, and seal the edges so the goodies do not escape.

Step 2 Preheat an outdoor barbeque grill for low heat. Gently oil grate.

Step 3 Place patties on the grill, and let them brownish on both edges. After they start to brown, brush the tops with leftover steak sauce. Always barbeque grill for about 30 minutes, basting frequently with steak sauce, until the meat has stopped to be red, and the juices run clear. When the meat is ready to come from the barbeque grill, put the leftover 4 slices of cheese within the tops of the patties. Serve on buns, or simply by themselves.
