Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 bananas
250 ml of cream
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
chopped almonds

Preparation:

1. Remove the peel from the bananas, roughly chop and puree
in a blender with the lemon juice and cardamom.

2. Beat the cream with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until
stiff.

3. Divide the banana mixture into small bowls and pour the
cream over them and store in the refrigerator.

4. Roast the chopped almonds in a pan without adding any fat,
roast them with the rest of the maple syrup for a few minutes
over low heat and then let them cool.

5. Use a spatula to roughly chop the almonds, add them to the
cream and serve.
