Servings: 12
Ingredients   :

2 pounds bulk Italian sausage
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
flakes
1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
2 pounds ground beef
2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups fresh spinach
12 roll (blank)s hamburger buns, split

Directions   :

step 1 Preset the outdoor bbq grill for medium-high heat, and gently oil the grate.

Step 2 Mix the ground beef Italian language sausage, red pepper flakes, and Italian language seasoning. Make up the combination into 12 slim, wide patties. Place about 2 oz . of ricotta parmesan cheese in the middle of 6 patties. Place the leftover 6 patties inside the ricotta capped patties, press straight down, and pinch the edges to seal the cheese in the middle.

Step 3 Cook around the preheated grill until the burgers are prepared to your preferred degree of doneness, about 8 moments per side intended for congratulations. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the middle should read one hundred sixty degrees F (70 degrees C).

Step 4 Place the cooked burgers upon buns, then best with spaghetti spices, Parmesan cheese, and spinach leaves.
