Ingredients  : 

4 pounds ground round
2 roasted poblano peppers
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
2 (4-ounce) packages idahoan® bacon & cheddar chipotle flavored
mashed potatoes

Directions  : 

Step 1 Combine 1/2 of the package of dried out mashed potatoes in the burger.

Step 2 Prepare the partner of the package of mashed potatoes with 1 cup hot water and let cool to room temperature.

Step 3 Once cooled, add cheese and diced peppers, if using, and mix
completely.

Step 4 Type 8 thin hamburger patties.

Step 5 Place 2 tablespoons of mashed taters on top of each of 4 of the patties. Top with another patty and seal edges.

Step 6 Using your selected method (we like the grill), cook to desired
doneness.
