Juicy Lucy Burgers

Ingredients :
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper
8 slices american cheese
8 eaches hamburger buns, split
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 pounds ground beef
Directions :
step 1 Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic sodium, and
pepper in a huge bowl; combine well. Form almost eight, thin patties from the beef. Every patty should be slightly bigger than a slice of cheese.
Step 2 Cut each cut of American mozzarella cheese into 4 equivalent pieces; stack the pieces. Sandwich one stack of mozzarella cheese between 2 surface beef patties. Firmly pinch edges collectively tightly seal the cheese within the meat. Repeat with all of those other cheese and patties.
Step 3 Preheat a cast-iron or other heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Prepare burgers until well browned, about 4 minutes. Pretty for burgers to use the e-cig up due to steam from the melting cheese. Switch burgers and prick the top of each to allow steam to get away; cook until browned on the outdoors and no longer pink on the inside; about 4 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
