2 peach
2 vanilla pods
1 glass of ice cubes
1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Core the peaches, cut into small pieces and freeze in a
freezer bag for about 3 hours.

2. Take the frozen fruit out of the freezer, allow to thaw briefly
and to place in a mixing bowl with the ice cubes, after that puree
with a hand blender until a sorbet has a moderate consistency.

3. Halve the vanilla pods in the middle, remove the pulp with a
knife and add to the ice cream and puree again briefly.

4. Put the ice cream in the small bowls and sprinkle with a
little cinnamon.
