Crispy Baked Walleye
Ingredients :
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 (4 ounce) fillets walleye
Direction :
Set the oven to 450 ° F (230 ° C) and start preheating. Grease a
baking sheet.
In a bowl, beat water and eggs together until smooth; put aside.
In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, potato flakes and bread
crumbs with seasoned salt until mixed evenly. Coat walleye
fillets with the beaten egg; press into bread crumb mixture.
Transfer to the greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the prepared oven until the center of
fish is opaque and fish easily flakes with a fork.
