250 g mascarpone
200 g Sukrin chocolate drops
70 g butter
50 ml of milk
5 tspsukrin
30 cherries

Preparation:

1. Heat the mascarpone in a saucepan as soon as it liquefies,
remove the saucepan from the heat and melt the chocolate drops
in it.

2. Stir in the butter and sukrin and stir with milk until smooth.

3. Half fill small dessert glasses with the chocolate mousse,
distribute the cherries and fill up with the chocolate mousse.

4. Decorate the mousse with a few cherries and let stand for
about 2 hours at room temperature
