Apple thaler with raspberry sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 ml milk
1 apple
3 eggs
300 g frozen raspberries
250 g spelled flour
5 tbsp honey
4 teaspoons of oil
salt

Preparation time: 60 minutes
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the milk, flour, salt and eggs into a smooth
dough and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
2. Puree the raspberries with the honey in a mixing bowl and
set aside.
3. Remove the peel from the apple, cut into small pieces and
fold into the batter.
4. Heat a little oil in a pan and use a tablespoon to add small
portions of apple batter to the pan and bake on both sides.
5. Keep the apple coins warm in the oven and serve with the
raspberry sauce.
