Ingredients for 1 serving:

250 ml of water
4 Boskoop apples
1 stick of cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp stevia

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Preparation:

1. Remove the peel from the apples, core and roughly chop.

2. In a saucepan, boil the apple pieces with the cinnamon stick,
water, stevia and lemon juice for about 10 minutes until the
apple pieces are soft.

3. Remove the cinnamon stick and use a hand blender to puree
the ingredients to a pulp.

4. Either serve the applesauce or fill it into screw-top jars, turn
it upside down and store in a dark and cool place.
