Ingredients for 20 servings:

240 g flour
270 g soft margarine
120 g rice protein powder
150 g goji berries
3 tbsp xylitol
1 vial of vanilla flavor
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Process the xylitol into powdered sugar with a mixer.

2. Beat the margarine in a bowl until frothy, slowly adding the
icing sugar, flour, rice protein powder, vanilla flavor and salt.

3. Carefully fold the goji berries into the dough and then shape
into approx. 20 small balls.

4. Put the finished balls in the refrigerator for about 30
minutes.
