Ingredients  : 

2 small red onions, diced
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons chipotle-flavored hot
sauce
4 pounds lean ground beef

Directions  : 

Step 1 Dissolve butter within a skillet over moderate heat. Add reddish onion and garlic clove; cook and mix until the red onion softens and begins to turn brownish about 8 moments. Scrape onion corrects into a huge bowl. Add fatfree yogurt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, garlic natural powder, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, me llama sauce, and warm sauce. Whisk with each other until smooth. Mix the floor beef till evenly blended with all the fat-free yogurt mixture. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Step 2 Preheat an outdoor barbeque grill intended for medium-high heat. Form mixture in to 6 patties 1/2 inch thick, and 5 inches throughout.

Step 3 Grill hamburgers until no pinker in the center, about six minutes per
part.
