Jean’s Bacon Jalapeno Cream Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients :
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese,
softened
1 cup seeded and chopped jalapeno
peppers
1 pound ground beef
3 slices bacon
1/2 pinch salt
2 tablespoons rolled oats
4 roll (blank)s hamburger buns, split
Directions :
Step 1 Place bacon in a big skillet and prepare over medium-high warmth, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels; fall apart into small items.
Step 2 Mix cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, and salt collectively in a dish. Stir in bread.
Step 3 Preheat barbeque grill for medium temperature and lightly essential oil the grate.
Step 4 Mix surface beef and rolled oats together in a bowl. Divide into 16 portions; trim into 1/4-inch-thick patties. Make an indentation in the middle of 8 patties by using a spoon or your fingers. Teaspoon some of the cream cheese blends into each indentation. Top with the remaining patties, pressing edges together to seal.
Step 5 Grill patties, taking care never to press down as they cook, until
browned, about a brief while per aspect. Place 1 patty inside each bun.
