Chocolate pudding
Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 ml low-fat milk
50 g xylitol
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3 teaspoons of locust bean gum

Preparation:
1. Mix the carob gum well with the cocoa and 50 ml milk.
2. Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil
with the xylitol.
3. Pour the carob bean flour and cocoa mixture into the milk
and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
4. Take the pot off the stove and stir briefly.
5. The pudding can be enjoyed warm or cold.
