Rice pudding
Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 ml unsweetened rice and coconut milk
10 tbsp rice flakes
1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Bring the rice and coconut milk to a boil in a small
saucepan.
2. Add the rice flakes and simmer for about 5 minutes over
low heat, stirring constantly.
3. With the lid closed, let the rice pudding rise for about 10
minutes.
4. Divide the finished rice pudding into small bowls and
sprinkle with the cinnamon.
